Eligibility for Refunds
Hosting services are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non‑refundable once issued.
Web Design Projects
Advance payments are non‑refundable once project work has commenced. Refunds are not applicable after initiation.
Failed Transactions
Duplicate or failed payments will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
WHONS reserves the right to decline refunds for misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity.
