This Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services provided by WHONS.
Domain & SSL Services
Domain registrations and SSL certificates cannot be cancelled once successfully registered or issued.
Hosting Services
Hosting services may be cancelled anytime. Service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise requested.
Web Design Projects
Cancellations must be requested before project initiation. Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Recurring Services
Customers must cancel at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
WHONS Rights
WHONS reserves the right to cancel services for violation of Legal Agreements, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
